Hi.

I’m Annie!

FEVERS.

FEVERS.

Fevers - let’s chat a bit. Let’s learn to not fear them, and let them do their job. In most cases, it’s a good thing, and Tylenol inhibits it. Here is an ammmmazing and short video, plus a good article. ❤️

❌Tylenol❌

We let fevers run, and give lots of hydrating liquids, nourishing and gentle foods, get the babes to the chiro, get some plant juice all over them, and let them rest. ❤️❤️

Grey has had Tylenol maybe twice in his life (back when I didn’t know) and Mila has never had it. We’ve never needed it. Anything that’s come our way, we’ve known how to handle (or learned how to handle) in other, safer, more effective ways.

And for goodness sake mamas, if you choose to vaccinate DO NOT give your babies Tylenol before or after! Research glutathione levels 🙌🏻

And a great blog HERE.
