We roadtripped down to our Oklahoma house (it’s my favvvve place. So relaxing and peaceful! 40 acres and a pecan grove!) 
We love it here so much…but we are out kinda in the middle of nowhere (just how we like it lol) so there is no food or grocery delivery here!

Which means I have to plan, and plan well. One of my most favorite new things to help is a weekly meal plan + grocery list subscription from my friend Alexa Hughes! It’s $5 A FREAKING MONTH. 
All the meals have been DELISH and it’s really easy to adjust them to fit your families needs. Want organic? Buy organic. Wanna swap out something - do it. It’ll still be so yummy. And the grocery list…I mean. THANK YOUUUUU.


GROCERY FAVES

My four favorite ways to get my groceries + pantry staples!

THRIVE MARKET I get a monthly order from Thrive Market, at home, and when we come to Oklahoma I make sure to send a BIG box this way first! I fill it with pantry and baking staples like flour, sugar, salt, baking cups, olive oil, pasta sauce, pasta, soy sauce…I mean they have SO MUCH. We also love their snack selection - Thrive Market really has all the same stuff I would buy at Whole Foods but its cheaper and comes to my door. I do the yearly option which comes out to like $5 a month

YOUNG LIVING
I order our Einkorn (The original wheat, with higher levels of protein, trace minerals, and lower gluten levels than modern hybridized wheat) pantry items and snacks here every month on Subscribe to Save! The Einkorn Pancake Mix, flour, the pasta, the Einkorn Flake cereal (YUM!!), granola… all faves!!! I also get our household items here too - cleaning products (Thieves EVERYTHING!), supplements, shampoo, body wash, lotions, diaper rash cream, wipes, etc! Everything is made with clean, non-toxic ingredients, plus essential oils - and delivered right to your door!

AZURE STANDARD
We just started this a few months ago and I LOVE IT. They have monthly “drops” locally to you, all across the country. This is where I get all my bulk items (although they have smaller sizes too!) - including frozen and dairy. In. the spring, they have the best selection of organic seedlings and seeds! If you are into being prepared for anything - you will love some of the other supplies Azure Standard carries! It’s such a sweet community feel too - the truck comes and everyone helps unload!


LOCAL FARMS
A lot of local organic farms do farm pick up or delivery! Bonus if they carry raw milk! Find one near you, and support your local farmers who treat their animals and mother earth right.
In Pennsylvania, we LOVE Dutch Meadows! They carry raw a2a2 milk, lots of grass-fed beef and meat, organic veggies, and pantry staples. And they deliver!
In Oklahoma, we use Prairie Creek


EFF YOU ANNIE, GIMME SOMETHING EASY.

Okay, so let’s chat ACTUALLY feeding them now. I am slightly boring and def lazy when it comes to feeding my kids. Like WOW three times a day huh? Okay then. 🤪 But I am also very picky about what they eat the majority of the time. This allows me to not be psychotic when they get cupcakes or candy or lollipops when they are somewhere special. I mean that’s what makes life fun. The treats. 🤣 So here are the top things i rotate for my kids ❤️

+ Breakfast:
* eggs, scrambled with olive oil and butter, and a lil cream. mila likes cheese in her eggs (my girl), grey doesn’t.
* dippy cream eggs with toast cut into strips
* einkorn flakes with raw milk, wolfberries on the side (grey eats these by the handful)
* waffles with the mini waffle makers target always has (so freaking quick!) - birch benders makes a good mix!
* hardboiled eggs with everything bagel seasoning
* oatmeal (organic maple and brown sugar packets. grey can make it himself 👏🏻👏🏻)

+ Lunch:

* sammies with turkey or ham, and cheese
* hardboiled eggs/everything bagel seasoning, cheese, avocado
* grilled cheese
* smoothies with YL chocolate pure protein added (also you can hide pretty much any supplement in here. i add allllll sorts of things and they don’t know or care.)

+ Snacks/Sides:
I keep the bottom drawer of the fridge for snacks they can grab themselves.
cut up carrots/cucumbers
olives
apples
yogurt/apple sauce pouches
hummus in mini containers
cheese (string, or slices, or shredded, or chunks off mozzarella)

+ Pantry snacks:
I keep snacks I don’t mind them getting themselves easily accessible.

* we love bars. the YL wolfberry crisp bars are LIIIIIFE. they love the isagenix pb chocolate protein bars also the midday squares bars, it’s like eating a chocolate bar but good for you. skout bars are another fave, super clean ingredients.
* beef jerky (epic brand/chomps)
* pretzels, tortilla chips, from the ground up cauliflower stalks, and also they love chips. all kinds. the healthy and the non healthy (ruffles sour cream and cheddar hollllla)
* popcorn with butter, salt, and nutritional yeast (tastes like cheese)


For dinner, yeah that’s just real random. Sometimes I cook a lot and other times we order out a lot. The meal plans are helping a LOT. They love pizza and salad. They will eat lots of california rolls and edamame. We sometimes do Home Chef! Some things they are picky on, so if I know they won’t eat indian food or whatever I’ll just order them extra rice and give them something from the above list I know they like 🤷🏻‍♀️ Eventually they try new stuff if we just keep offering it so we don’t make a big deal about it.

Anyways I hope this gives you some new ideas to feed yourself or your kids. I mean they just don’t stop eating 🤣🤣🤣
